On 1st – 2nd February Thermadent director Matthew Garnett attended a course on Indirect Bonding at Manchester Dental Hospital.

Indirect Bonding Course at Manchester Metropolitan University, 1-2 Feb 2013

We would like to welcome our latest dental technician, Andy Brewer, to Thermadent. He brings with him 23 years experience of which 19 years has been spent specialising in orthodontics.

Andy has joined us as Head Technician and is responsible for managing all aspects of the workflow to ensure all work is of the highest standard and returned on time, every time.

Last week we welcomed Darius Mateiu to the laboratory. Darius is a Dental Technician student in Romania and wants to specialise in orthodontics on graduation.

Over three days he learned a number of techniques and skills and made his first Trutain and Hawley retainers.

We would like to compliment Darius on his positive approach to learning. It was a pleasure hosting his visit and we welcome him back at any time.

Due to our expansion we are please to announce Thermadent is moving to new, larger premises. We’re staying on the same business park but moving to No 94 as of Tuesday 11th April 2012.

This will allow to increase staff numbers to cater for our intended growth over the coming months.
