For minor tooth movements Thermadent offer a low cost alternative to the expensive branded systems available.
Each clear aligner we manufacture can include up to two minor tooth movements for a low fixed price. The dentist simply calculates how many stages will be required and immediately has a firm price for the entire procedure. They then simply prescribe the required movement on each lab ticket.
We only offer this service for minor tooth movements and as such many dentists will discover that the overall cost for a treatment is less than some branded systems charge simply to provide them with the price, not to mention the time this takes.
And speaking of timescales, we can turn around a clear aligner in the laboratory in just 24 hours, allowing you to start any proposed treatment in the shortest possible time. This adds to the appeal of the service and will surely help you gain more business.
The material we use for our clear aligners is thin, yet strong enough to maintain adequate pressure.
All our products are constructed by fully qualified and G.D.C. registered orthodontic technicians.

The Tru-Tain retainer was developed over a three year clinical testing period (1973-1975) by Dr. Lloyd H. Truax of Rochester, Minnesota. During this time, over 1500 retainers were placed. Various types of materials, thicknesses, shapes and amounts of coverage were used to develop a retainer with the following qualities: nearly invisible; durable, stable retention and has FDA approved material. The Tru-Tain retainer is comfortable, more aesthetic, faster to fabricate, less expensive and retains better than any other retainer.
The specific material we use for out Tru-Tain retainers is chosen for its combination of strength, durability and clarity. It is extremely durable when formed and will not crack, bend out of shape, or break.
Our Tru-tain retainers can be custom designed to suit your individual needs.
We can provide retainer boxes if required together with care instructions for your patients.

The Bonded retainer. All bonded retainers are made using 0.0175″ Wildcat Twistflex wire. We believe this is the best material available due to its flexible and tensile strength.
Wildcat Wire is the profession’s most popular 3-strand twistflex wire. It is extremely resilient and can be cut to size without unravelling.

The clarity and fit of our Bleaching splints are totally unsurpassed as I am sure you will agree. The patient is able to see exactly where the bleach is dispersed inside the reservoirs whilst the perfect tight fit ensures no bleach escapes causing discomfort and discolouration of the oral tissues.
Bleaching trays can be custom made to your requirements with or without reservoirs.
All our products are constructed by fully qualified and G.D.C. registered orthodontic technicians.

Here you can see how well the splint is adapted to the model therefore retaining the bleach. The splint is cut around the gingival margins so not to encroach on the sensitive oral tissues.
The reservoirs are joined interstitially to allow maximum flow of the bleach inside the splint maintaining the whitenining effect around each tooth.
The material we use is slightly ridged allowing the splint to keep its shape, giving lasting durability.
All our products are constructed by fully qualified and G.D.C. registered orthodontic technicians.

Thermadent have a wide selection of gumshield designs starting with over 30 single colours, then combining these into various stripe combinations and other designs. Please ask for our gumshield brochure.
As you would expect our gumshields are well adapted and don’t thin out around the labial area, giving maximum protection.
If you provide us with the lower impression we can articulate the models to place the indentations of the lower occlusal surface into the Gumshield making it far more comfortable for the wearer.
More images of the designs and motif’s coming soon.
